You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. You can track the delivery status online or via email updates.

What Is Photo Confirmation?

We send a photo of the recipient receiving the gift as proof of delivery (except for mobile recharges).

What If There Is a Delivery Delay?

If there’s an unforeseen issue, like weather or traffic disruptions, we will reach out to reschedule or provide an alternative solution.
